L’unità è situata al piano inferiore (seminterrato con perimetrale giardino terrazzato) di VILLA PUGLIESE ed è composta da ampississimo ed imponente soggiorno con grande camino ed imponente volta a stella, camera da letto matrimoniale, e camera letto con 2 letti singoli, bagno e spazio coperto/scoperto perimetrale all'unità. L'accesso al piano avviene a mezzo scala in legno.

L'unità è fornita di tutto l’indispensabile  per un rilassante soggiorno.

Description of the unit

This unit is situated at the lower level (basement level) and is totally independent. It’s confortable and very cozy with 110 sm of surface. The unit is very bright and  has a big external space outside the perimeter with terraced garden.

The 110 sm of the accommodation includes one double bedroom, one bedroom with two beds, kitchen facilities, very large living room with kitchen , big fireplace and double sofa-bed , a bathroom with bath, roof garden.

Living room has windows without shutters. It is fully furnished except for sheets and towels.

The unit has a well kept comfortable family atmosphere.

There is parking for one car near the villa.

No pets are allowed.
